We want you to know what to expect before and after you place an order with us.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Made-to-order, customised or special products may require additional preparation time where communicated at the time of order.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery is typically 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination pincode, courier serviceability and external conditions. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
At Delivery
Please do not accept a parcel that appears severely tampered with or empty. If you notice a concern, contact our support team promptly.
Unboxing Video
For fragile décor and sculptures, we strongly recommend recording one continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through complete unpacking. This can help us assess a transit-damage or wrong-item claim.
Payments to Courier
For prepaid orders, no additional payment should be made to the delivery agent unless clearly stated on your order. For Cash on Delivery orders, pay only the amount shown for your order.
Authorised Pickup
If a replacement or return pickup is approved, hand the parcel only to the assigned pickup agent and follow the packing instructions provided by our support team.
