Returns

Handcrafted Variations
Reasonable variations in colour, texture, finishing and detailing can occur in handcrafted products and are not necessarily defects.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Customised, personalised and made-to-colour products cannot generally be returned once production has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
