Regular Dusting
Use a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid rough scrubbing or abrasive pads.
Gentle Cleaning
For marks or dirt buildup, use a soft damp cloth with mild soap when appropriate, then wipe gently. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Moisture & Water
Do not leave décor pieces exposed to standing water or prolonged moisture unless the specific product is designed for that use. For water fountains, follow the product-specific setup and cleaning instructions and keep electrical components protected from inappropriate water exposure.
Sunlight & Outdoor Placement
Extended direct sunlight and weather exposure can affect finishes over time. Outdoor-suitable pieces should still be placed and maintained according to their specific finish and intended use.
Prevent Scratches & Impact
Keep sharp objects away from finished surfaces and handle larger pieces carefully when moving or installing them.
Periodic Check
Inspect the piece periodically for cracks, loose fittings, peeling or finish wear. Seek suitable repair or touch-up advice before minor issues become larger.
Protective Finish
Some outdoor pieces may use a protective PU finish. Any recoating should use a finish suitable for the specific material and existing coating; if unsure, contact us before applying a product.
